central locationhelpful stafffriendly staff
the hotel location worked perfectly. it was really central. the staff was helpful and friendly. i also liked the little touches like water upon arrival after traveling.
the shower water pressure was very weak! the water temperature was also not hot enough.

The front desk staff seemed rude, not friendly. They failed to reserve a taxi I had requested for my departure. Breakfast choices were limited and were not replenished promptly.

the room was clean and well maintained it met my basic expectations for hygiene.
the refrigerator in the room was not effective it failed to properly cool beverages i found this unacceptable the noise from adjacent rooms due to plumbing was also bothersome frequent disturbances occurred throughout the night disrupting sleep.

I really appreciated the central location. Major attractions were easily accessible! the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. the rooftop terrace offered fine views. It was perfect for evening relaxation, also i enjoyed my superior double or twin room. It had ample space and modern amenities.
The soundproofing could use improvement. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms, and this affected my rest. hopefully, future guests won't be bothered by similar disturbances.

the location was convenient, close to many tourist attractions.
The attentiveness of the bar staff was poor. i waited over ten minutes on two separate nights without anyone taking my order. Staff seemed inattentive, even when the terrace was nearly empty. the lack of service led me to leave without ordering.

weak water pressuremini-fridge problem
I was disappointed the shower had weak water pressure. The temperature wasn't hot enough either. the mini-fridge also failed to properly cool drinks, so cold drinks were not an option. these issues made the value for money surprisingly disappointing. it really detracted from what could have been a better stay.
